We are all creatures of our habits they’re like that comfy bed, getting out is hard! But as time rolls on things become uncomfortable and challenges start to appear, often portrayed as frustration, negative talk, judgements etc; no conscious awareness is evident purely as no time has been given to understanding the depth of the why this is happening to you.

Then we begin the process of awareness and realisation kick starting that conscious mind of yours with evidence-based solutions of why you have the weight of negative emotions visiting often, simply not feeling contentment, confident or on purpose with your life.
